Time Out London’s Most Loved Pub in Paddington for 2015, 2016 & 2018, and one of Third Place's most loved pubs for the modern remote worker.

The Victoria was built at the same time as Paddington Station (Around 1838). It was always slightly grander than the surrounding pubs and was used by many of the butlers that served in the large houses in the area. Legend has it that Queen Victoria stopped off on her way to Paddington Station, and after that the pub was named in her honour and appointed in it's rather grand style.

Since then, many an honourary guest has attended The Victoria, including members of Paddington's much esteemed work-from-home generation. This group of modern heroes come to The Victoria for a quiet, inspiring work space with good food to keep them fuelled for the work day, and a refreshing drink to finish it off.
